At DreamTools.ai, we provide digital AI generation services that incur immediate server and GPU costs. Because our products are digital and consumed instantly, we have established the following refund guidelines.
1. The "No-Refund" Standard
- Due to the nature of AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated or credits have been used.
- Unlike physical goods, AI generations are irreversible digital actions.
- Once our system processes a request and delivers an image, the service is considered "rendered."
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a system error on our end prevents you from receiving the generated content you paid for, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a billing system error.
- Unused Subscription: If you have a monthly subscription but have not performed a single AI generation or used any credits during the current billing cycle, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the charge.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your DreamTools Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard or via our payment partner, Paddle.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle after a cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a request, please contact us at contact@dreamtools.ai with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The Paddle Transaction ID (found in your email receipt).
- A brief explanation of the technical issue or reason for the request.
5. Policy Updates
DreamTools.ai reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
