- Use the Services to facilitate or promote illegal activity
- Generate or distribute content that is obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or exploitative
- Create or share content involving sexualized minors or harm to children in any form
- Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or target individuals or groups
- Produce content intended to deceive, defraud, manipulate, or mislead others
- Upload malware, exploits, automated scraping tools, or code designed to disrupt the Services
- Attempt to bypass safeguards, usage limits, pricing mechanisms, or security controls
- Access the Services through unauthorized means
We may block prompts, blur outputs, restrict access, or remove content at our discretion if we believe it may be harmful, unlawful, or expose DreamTools or others to risk — even if it does not explicitly violate these Terms.
4. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Account sharing, resale, or transfer is strictly prohibited.
- Each account is intended for use by a single individual or entity.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or suspected unauthorized access.
5. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments
a. Billing
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is resolved.
b. Price Changes
We may update pricing or plan features at any time. Changes apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.
6. Ownership and Use of Content
a. Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you generate using DreamTools, to the extent permitted by law.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the rights to upload any input materials
- Your use and distribution of generated content does not violate third-party rights
b. Platform Improvement
By using the Services, you grant DreamTools a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze your inputs and outputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services (including history, metadata, and technical diagnostics).
7. Commercial Use
- Paid plans: Generated content may be used for commercial purposes
- Free plans: Generated content is limited to personal or non-commercial use
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to commercial deployment.
8. Copyright and DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable copyright laws.
If you believe content hosted on DreamTools infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your legal name and contact information
- A good-faith statement of unauthorized use
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMTOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- USD $100, or
- The amount you paid to DreamTools in the 12 months prior to the claim
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamTools and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content or inputs
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may include content or links provided by third parties. DreamTools does not control or endorse third-party materials and is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamTools is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

- Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court.
